- The Videographer Executive is responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content to support the TCG’s marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
- This role involves creating engaging video assets for digital and traditional media platforms, including social media, websites, advertising campaigns, internal communications, and events.
Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video content for various marketing and communication needs.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage for promotional, educational, and corporate videos.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
Event Coverage & Live Streaming
- Record and edit videos for corporate events, press conferences, and product launches.
- Set up and manage live streaming for webinars, conferences, and other digital events.
- Ensure high-quality audio and video output for live broadcasts.
Brand Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency in storytelling, video transitions, and overall production aesthetics.
- Ensure legal compliance regarding copyrights, music licensing, and video usage rights.
Equipment & Asset Management
- Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Keep an organized library of raw footage, edited content, and video assets for future use.
- Recommend new equipment or software to improve video production quality and efficiency.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work with internal teams such as Sales, HR, and Customer Service to create video content that supports their goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or influencers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a videographer/editor in a marketing or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
- Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
