Job Summary

• The role might expand to other group companies in the same premises which are Food Factory and our Central warehouse.


• It all depends on the individual's competencies, work exposure & maturity levels


• We would prefer a resource with overall HR experience (3 - 7 years) with preferably atleast a few years in a factory environment.

Requirements

Apart from HR expertise, Key Competencies for being successful in the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 7 years experience


• Interpersonal & Communication skills


• Adaptability & Flexibility


• Planning & Organizing, Prioritization & Execution Skills


• Stakeholder Management (with business heads, line managers).
