We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our business.
This role involves handling inbound customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring seamless customer service throughout the order fulfillment cycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers with orders.
Process and track customer orders, updating them on order status and delivery.
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Maintain organized documentation of orders and interactions.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle post-order concerns.
Requirements
Minimum of a high school Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).
1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Experience in a pharmaceutical or wholesale distribution environment is a plus.
