  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our business. 

  • This role involves handling inbound customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring seamless customer service throughout the order fulfillment cycle. 

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with orders.

  • Process and track customer orders, updating them on order status and delivery.

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.

  • Maintain organized documentation of orders and interactions.

  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle post-order concerns.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a high school Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or wholesale distribution environment is a plus.
