  • We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. 

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:




  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure accountability within the project team.

  • Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.



Team Coordination & Leadership:




  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure productivity.

  • Facilitate communication between different departments for seamless project execution.



Risk Management & Problem-Solving:




  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Address project issues promptly and find effective solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.



Reporting & Performance Tracking:




  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and successes.

  • Analyze project outcomes and suggest improvements for future initiatives.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agricultural field.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
