Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and how they address customer needs.
Presentations and Demonstrations:
Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and persuade customers to make a purchase.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Relationship Building:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Follow-up and Customer Service:
Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term relationships.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking performance against targets, and providing insights for sales forecasting.
Collaboration:
Working effectively with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure a positive customer experience.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying potential customers and qualifying them as viable prospects.
