Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and software.


• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.


• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new CCTV systems, including configuration and testing.


• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities, and provide regular reports to management.


• Work collaboratively with other technical teams, including IT and security, to ensure seamless integration and support of CCTV systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a related field.


• Experience: 2-3 years


• Technical Skills Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and software. Proficiency in networking protocols and IP technologies.
