Job Summary




  • The Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and functional aesthetics. 

  • This role involves collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop creative and sustainable architectural solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Design & Planning: Develop architectural designs, layouts, and blueprints based on client needs and project specifications.

  • Project Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a project, from concept to completion, ensuring feasibility and compliance with regulations.

  • Construction Supervision: Work closely with contractors and site engineers to ensure that architectural designs are properly implemented.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, providing expert recommendations.

  • Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and finishes to align with design intent and project requirements.

  • Sustainability Integration: Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices to enhance environmental impact.

  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.

  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality control.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

  • Licensed Architect (where required by law).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and project management.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.

  • Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
