Responsibilities:




  • Report to the Admin Head or relevant supervisor.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.

  • Coordinate office operations, including procurement and inventory management.

  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

  • Support general office management and operational efficiency.

  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.

  • Handle office logistics, including travel arrangements and vendor management.



Skills/Qualifications:




  • Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Integrity and professionalism in handling administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
