Industrial Staff Nurse Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide direct patient care in an industrial setting


• Evaluate patients, assess their needs, and develop individualized care plans


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes


• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with established protocols


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation


• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments


• Remain current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training


• Practice within the scope of your licensure and adhere to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.


• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing.


• Experience in industrial or corporate healthcare settings.


• Advanced training in emergency care and first aid.


• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in using healthcare management software.


• Active RN license in good standing


• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Staff Nurse


• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of industrial health nursing practices


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
