Role Description

• As Principal/Lead Quality Engineer (upstream), you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality engineering processes, controls, and assurance measures to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. You will work on-site to lead quality management activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirement

• B.Sc. Degree in engineering or the sciences


• At least 12 years relevant experience in quality management in an engineering company.


• Experience in preparation/implementation of an ISO 9001 based QMS.


• Able to conduct Quality risk assessment as regards technical and fabrication assurance


• Able to develop quality risk-based verification strategy


• Able to develop continuous improvement programs


• He/she shall be an IRCA (or equivalent) certified Auditor.
