We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with strong data entry and customer support skills to manage administrative processes related to student admissions and application processing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain and update accurate records of applications, correspondence, and other office documents.
Coordinate communication between students, parents, and educational partners to provide updates on application status.
Collaborate with university partners to resolve application-related queries.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Previous administrative, secretarial, or admissions processing experience is preferred.
Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively.
