Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement quality control processes for food, beverages, and hospitality services.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.

  • Monitor food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and service quality across all departments.

  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement in operations.

  • Train staff on best practices for quality assurance, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and report findings to management.

  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure quality consistency in raw materials and final products.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.

  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and industry regulations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
