 Application Development

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of websites and mobile applications.


• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.


• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.


• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.


• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.


• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.


• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyse and predict user behaviour.


• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.


•  Availability on non-working days e.g. Sundays and Special events days.


• Technology Hub Operations Management


• Active participation in preparing tools and designs for coordinating and operating a technology hub. 

 Reporting

• Running and sharing regular application usage report to IT Manager and CTO. 

Skills and Knowledge

 Educational Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.


• Relevant Experience (Type and minimum years expected)


• A working knowledge of programming languages with at least 2 years’ experience.


• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)


• Knowledge of programming concepts and languages, such as application programming interfaces (APIs), user experience (UX) design, Python, C#, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Visual Studio and Plesk.


• Experience in web application and design development.


• Knowledge of software design and programming principles.


• Relevant certifications are added advantage.
