Job Overview:
I-SenseVille Consults is seeking a Customer Success Intern (NYSC) on behalf of our client, an IT Consulting firm specializing in technical training. This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member who is eager to develop skills in client relationship management, customer support, and service delivery.
Location: Magodo, Lagos
Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite excluding CDS Days
Salary: 50,000 Monthly (Net)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and supporting clients throughout their training programs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer engagement and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member (preferably posted to Lagos).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a customer-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of IT or technical training is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
