Job Overview:

I-SenseVille Consults is seeking a Technical Support Intern (NYSC) on behalf of our client, an IT Consulting firm specializing in technical training. This role is ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy NYSC Corps Member eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer assistance.

Location: Magodo, Lagos

Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite excluding CDS Days.

Compensation: 50,000 Monthly (Net)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for training programs and IT systems.


• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.


• Assist in setting up training environments, including software installations.


• Respond to client inquiries and provide remote or on-site support.


• Document and escalate technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member (preferably posted to Lagos).


• Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and networking.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic IT environment.
