Job Summary:
The Admin & Logistics Manager will oversee the administrative and logistics operations of the medical diagnostic center, ensuring smooth office management, efficient supply chain processes, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, logistics coordination experience, and the ability to manage staff, vendors, and resources effectively.
Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday)
Salary: 250,000 Naira
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative functions, including front desk operations, facility maintenance, and inventory control.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring timely procurement and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement, maintenance, and service agreements.
- Supervise administrative and logistics staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Monitor and optimize transportation and delivery processes for medical supplies and equipment.
- Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting for administrative and logistics costs.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for inventory, staff documentation, and operational records.
- Assist in HR-related functions such as staff scheduling, and leave management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative and logistics management, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic center.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and facility management best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
