Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management within our medical diagnostic center.
Employment Type: Full-Time - Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday)
Industry: Healthcare (Medical Diagnostic Center)
Salary: 350,000 naira (Monthly, Net)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff welfare.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle disciplinary matters.
- Facilitate employee training and career development.
- Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
