We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) professional to manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.


• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.


• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.


• Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.


• Conduct performance management and provide support for employee development programs.


• Maintain HR records and ensure data confidentiality.


• Process payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning.


• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellness initiatives.


• Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 


• A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles. 


• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR. 


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 


• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.


• Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
