Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Oncologist to join our esteemed medical team in Katsina. 


• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology and a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat various types of cancer using a range of therapies, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgical interventions.


• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, such as biopsies and imaging studies.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.


• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.


• Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology and participate in continuous professional development.


• Educate patients and their families about the disease, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and board certification in oncology.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an oncologist.


• Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating cancer.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
