Key Responsibilities
- Business Needs Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking, providing actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with different teams to understand project goals and align business solutions with organizational objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation to support strategic decision-making.
- Technology & Tools Support: Assist in the use of business intelligence tools, project management software, and other relevant platforms.
- Project Support: Work closely with project teams to ensure business requirements are met and align with overall project success.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or data analytics tools like JIRA.
- Knowledge of business process modeling, workflow automation, or project management tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
