• Verify employment history, criminal records, and references.


• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all vetting processes.


• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.


• Collaborate with HR and management to address any compliance issues.


• Regularly update compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proven experience in compliance or background verification.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.


• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
