Education, Qualifications & Experience
- A BA / B.Sc Degree
- A minimum of 10 years post-NYSC work experience in a related position especially from manufacturing
Requirements:
- Preferred applicants must age between 35 to 45 years.
- They must be computer literate with ability to navigate the entire platforms of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidate must be a HR Generalist,grounded in Recruitmentprocedures, Labor laws, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Manpower management, etc in a manufacturing setting.
- Besides meeting the above parameters, integrity, hard work, leadership skills anddemonstrable competence are the critical considerations in obtaining this job.
