Responsibilities




  • Maintain and update company databases

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned



Requirements and Skills




  • HND / B.Sc in any related field

  • 1-2 years experience in similar role or administrative roles

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of self confidence and ability to create new ideas

  • Basic Knowledge of accounting

  • Must reside close to the job location.
