Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the company’s long-term strategic vision.


• Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.


• Lead innovation and transformation initiatives.


• Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).


• A minimum of 8 years cognate experience, with at least 4 years of job-related experience leading teams in an Agile environment, including software development, and multi-team projects.


• Strong background in corporate strategy, business development, or consulting.


• Ability to analyze complex market data and drive strategic decision-making.


• Proven experience in leading growth and innovation initiatives.


• Expereince in the IT industry.
