Key Responsibility Areas




  • Manage complete territory operations – Sales / Service

  • Sales & Collection responsibility at designated geographic area

  • Developing sales strategies and achieve monthly sales target

  • Retain present market share and developing new /untapped market in respective territory

  • Managing dealer, Corporates and institutional network

  • Visit to customers- consistent follow up & customer concerns

  • Maintain a healthy relationship with dealers and customers to maximize top-line

  • Obtain information about competitors viz. pricing, new product, new size , schemes etc



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 10 - 15 years work experience.



Key Skill Areas:




  • Tyres sales experience ( After sales part will be added advantage)

  • Nigeria market working experience preferable

  • Good communication skill

  • Key account management

  • Problem solving

  • Self-initiative

  • Good Knowledge in MIS.
