Position Summary    




  • Gamma Mobility is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Officer to oversee and coordinate administrative operations within our organization. 

  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency in office processes, provide high-level support to management, and lead administrative initiatives.

  • This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to enhance operational effectiveness.



Roles and Responsibilities     

Administrative Operations & Office Management:




  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for administrative functions.

  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-organized work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



Leadership & Staff Supervision:




  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrative staff.

  • Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and support staff development.

  • Facilitate teamwork and collaboration across departments.



Budgeting & Financial Administration:




  • Assist in the preparation and management of administrative budgets.

  • Monitor office expenses, procurement, and vendor contracts.

  • Identify cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization.



Records & Documentation Management:




  • Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for administrative activities.

  • Maintain secure and organized filing systems for contracts, reports, and confidential information.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.



Travel Management:




  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Ensure cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to company policies.

  • Maintain travel records and reports for budgeting and compliance.

  • Serve as the point of contact for travel-related inquiries and logistics support.

  • Provide timely updates on travel plans and operational challenges.



Compliance & Risk Management:




  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.

  • Address administrative challenges and provide solutions to operational bottlenecks.

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies related to administrative processes.



Requirements    




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Office-based role with occasional travel as required.
