Position Summary
- Gamma Mobility is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Officer to oversee and coordinate administrative operations within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency in office processes, provide high-level support to management, and lead administrative initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative Operations & Office Management:
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for administrative functions.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Staff Supervision:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrative staff.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and support staff development.
- Facilitate teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Budgeting & Financial Administration:
- Assist in the preparation and management of administrative budgets.
- Monitor office expenses, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
Records & Documentation Management:
- Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for administrative activities.
- Maintain secure and organized filing systems for contracts, reports, and confidential information.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
Travel Management:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain travel records and reports for budgeting and compliance.
- Serve as the point of contact for travel-related inquiries and logistics support.
- Provide timely updates on travel plans and operational challenges.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.
- Address administrative challenges and provide solutions to operational bottlenecks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies related to administrative processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Office-based role with occasional travel as required.
