Key Responsibilities




  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to drive business growth.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close sales deals effectively.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and activity reports in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.



Required Skills and Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
