Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close sales deals effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and activity reports in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
