Job Roles / Responsibilities
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets (Oil& Gas Sector- Downstream & Mid Stream) and , pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Creating financial statements and analyzing the oil & gas team’s business.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Identify new prospects within designated / assigned business unit.
- Work with team to develop proposals that addresses the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Identify and map business strengths in alignment to customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potential; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
- 5 – 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
