Job Roles / Responsibilities




  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets (Oil& Gas Sector- Downstream & Mid Stream) and , pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.

  • Creating financial statements and analyzing the oil & gas team’s business.

  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

  • Identify new prospects within designated / assigned business unit.

  • Work with team to develop proposals that addresses the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Develop growth strategies and plans

  • Identify and map business strengths in alignment to customer needs

  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potential; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s or Master's Degree

  • 5 – 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
