Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support senior management in driving business growth and efficiency.


• The successful candidate will provide data-driven insights, process improvements, and technical expertise to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement


• Prepare reports, presentations, and financial models to support decision-making


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations


• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics


• Provide technical and administrative support to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Analysis in the FMCG or Consulting industry


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
