Job Overview

We are assisting our client, a prominent player in the real estate and construction sector, in recruiting a skilled Senior Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, with a keen understanding of the real estate industry's financial dynamics. This role demands a proactive individual who can contribute to the company's financial strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000 Monthly Gross

Industry: Real Estate/Construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• A minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in accounting, with a preference for candidates with experience in the real estate or construction industry.


• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is a strong advantage.


• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.


• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Nigeria.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
