Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.


• Plan and assign work schedules to machine operators and production staff to meet production targets.


• Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and equipment functionality.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and industry best practices.


• Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.


• Work closely with Quality Control teams to ensure product standards are met.


• Maintain accurate production reports, logs, and documentation for performance tracking.


• Train and mentor production staff on operational procedures and safety guidelines.


• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is properly serviced and functioning.


• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production output and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervising production operations, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.


• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and equipment operation.


• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.


• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance regulations.
