Job Summary



  • We are looking for an intercontinental Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:



  • Studying recipes,

  • Setting up menus and preparing high-quality national & continental dishes.

  • Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.

  • You should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients Needed.

  • Inform wait staff about daily specials Ensure appealing plate presentation

  • Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

  • Ensure the environment is always neat.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess an FLSC / OND / HND / B.Sc qualification

  • Minimum of Three (3) years of chef experience in a well-established restaurant or hotel.

  • Successful completion of corporate training in Food, Confectionery, or Hospitality program. Or any other well-disciplined & prestigious training academy will be an added advantage.


Required Skills / Abilities:



  • Proven work experience as a Chef

  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment, grillers and pasta makers

  • Leadership skills

  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks

  • Excellent time management abilities

  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.


Salary



  • N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
