We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources department. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management roles.

- Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
