  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven, vibrant, passionate Technical Sales Executive to join our team. 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the chemical construction industry.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

  • Identify and engage new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is an advantage.

  • 0 - 5 years of core sales experience

  • Passionate about sales

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
