Job Summary

Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and increase profitability.

  • Lead and manage teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business management, operations, or a leadership role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.

  • Proficiency in business management software, financial tools, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to drive business growth, optimize resources, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in consulting space is a plus.

  • Certifications in Business Management, Project Management (PMP), or related fields are a plus.

  • Knowledge of market trends, digital transformation, and business innovation strategies.
