Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Supervisor with a background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in interior furniture.


• The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of furniture production and installation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of interior furniture projects, from design to installation.


• Conduct site audits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with project specifications.


• Collaborate with architects, designers, and production teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.


• Prepare and review project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.


• Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and installers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.


• Assess and resolve technical or structural challenges during production and installation.


• Ensure the quality of furniture products and installations meets the company’s standards.


• Prepare reports on project status, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.


• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.


• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative practices to improve efficiency.
