Job Description:

• We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to develop high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various platforms.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and social media algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media.


• Create compelling written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.


• Manage and grow social media presence by posting regularly, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.


• Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.


• Collaborate with Digital Communications teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.


• Optimize content for social media algorithms to drive traffic and engagement.


• Track and analyze content performance, using insights to improve future strategies.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4 years minimum experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.


• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of content work.


• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).


• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).


• Understanding of social media algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong research and analytical skills to measure content performance and audience engagement.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
