  • This role is responsible for creating the people development strategies that will ensure that all staff have the skills, knowledge, and development opportunities required. 

  • The Performance and Learning Specialist designs, develops, implements, monitors, and measures performance within the company.



Qualifications




  • B.Sc. Degree in a relevant field from a reputable University (Minimum of a 2.2)

  • #7 years of Cognate experience, 4 of which should be in People Development.



Knowledge & Skills:




  • Excellent communication and counseling skills with demonstrated ability to share knowledge

  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • A practical, logical, and systematic approach

  • Should be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage

  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

  • Experience in project management and budgeting

  • Knowledge of People management and vendor management

  • Knowledge and Interest in the use of digital and social media to drive forward learning and engagement opportunities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

  • Relationship Management

  • Project Management
