Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Officer to oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency, and drive growth in our real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, streamline processes, and coordinate various departments to enhance productivity and service delivery.



Salary: 200,000 (Monthly, Net)



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.

  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow and service delivery.

  3. Manage property listings, sales transactions, and client relationships.

  4. Supervise teams, ensuring performance targets are met.

  5. Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.

  6. Monitor market trends and recommend process improvements.

  7. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.

  8. Handle vendor and contractor relationships for property management.



Requirements:




  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably in real estate.

  3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  4. Knowledge of real estate processes, property management, and regulatory requirements.

  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
