Alpha Pharmacy and Stores Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The Procurement Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the purchase and supply of pharmaceutical products, ensuring the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining inventory levels to avoid shortages.


• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding pharmaceutical procurement.


• Collaborate with the pharmacy, finance, and operations departments to forecast demand and manage budgets.


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, product availability, and new suppliers.


• Receive products from vendors and ensure timely delivery of emergency and routine requisitions.


• Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation of all procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) required.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, supply chain, or a related role.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management, and regulations.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
