Job Overview 

A Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role focuses on defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and business goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities: 

Defining Product Strategy & Roadmap: 

•   Identify market opportunities and customer needs.  


•   Develop a product vision and long-term strategy.  


•   Create a product roadmap that outlines key features and timelines.  

Gathering and Prioritizing Requirements: 

•   Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.  


•   Prioritize features and requirements based on business value and customer needs.  


•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment.  

Leading Product Development:  

•   Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is built to high standards.  


•   Manage the product development process, from planning to launch.  


•   Track progress and make adjustments as needed.  

Monitoring Product Performance: 

•   Track key metrics and analyze product performance.  


•   Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.  


•   Ensure the product continues to meet customer needs and business goals.  

Other Key Responsibilities:

•   Act as a customer advocate, representing the voice of the user.  


•   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing promotion.  


•   Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field


• A minimum of 4 years of prior experience in product development or related fields is highly valued


• Experience with agile methodologies and project management is a plus


• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
