Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier improvements.

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.

  • Oversee daily purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory replenishment.

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.

  • Continuously evaluate procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

  • Collaborate with finance to prepare and manage procurement budgets.

  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

  • Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions by developing contingency plans.

  • Supervise and mentor procurement staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.

  • Set performance goals and regularly evaluate team performance.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
