Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development:




  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with telcos to aggregate call, time, and data services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.



Service Integration:




  • Oversee the technical integration of telecom services (voice, SMS, data) from multiple providers into your company’s platform or systems.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity and service delivery.



Aggregation Strategy:




  • Develop and implement strategies to aggregate telecom services in a way that maximizes cost efficiency, coverage, and quality.

  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand or optimize aggregated services.



Performance Monitoring:




  • Monitor the performance of aggregated services, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to service delivery or partnerships.



Business Development:




  • Work with sales and marketing teams to promote aggregated telecom services to potential clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams through telecom aggregation.



Contract Management:




  • Manage contracts with telcos, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

  • Negotiate renewals or modifications to contracts as needed.



Skills and Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree with 3 - 10 years work experience.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecom services, including voice, SMS, data, and IoT connectivity.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with telcos and other partners.

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with telecom APIs, network protocols, and integration processes.

  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Project Management: Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
