Job Description




  • The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. 

  • The successful candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.



Key Responsibilities




  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.

  • Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and receivable.

  • Manage taxation, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

  • Conduct internal audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.

  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic advice to management.

  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and implement audit recommendations.

  • Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal financial planning.

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Provide financial training and support to internal teams as required.



Requirements




  • Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

  • Minimum of  2 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial reporting and auditing.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
