Responsibilities



  • Cook food in various utensils or grillers

  • Check food while cooking to stir or turn

  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served

  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

  • Monitor stock and place order when there are shortages

  • Assist the chef in the kitchen

  • Keep a sanitized, clean and orderly work environment in the kitchen

  • Follow instructions in cooking and delivering well prepared meals, must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. .

  • Any other task assigned


Requirements



  • High School Diploma.

  • Proven experience as a Cook / Chef.

  • A food handler's license.

  • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

  • The ability to stand for extended periods.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to work in a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective communication skills.
