Responsibilities

• Work within the nursing team and report to the Head Nurse.


• Ensure patients receive the best quality care.


• Oversee the entire dialysis process of incoming patients from reception to discharge.


• Work with the Head Nurse and medical officer to address any medical emergencies.


• occurring within the centre.


• Ensure patient scheduling is done correctly.


• Assist with visits to local hospitals to raise the centre awareness.


• Help train and prepare new nursing recruits.


• Maintain full patient records updating the Company’s IT system.


• Perform other duties as maybe assignment by Management.


• Learning & Growth / Innovation: Continually seek out new ways of improving the company’s operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a First Degree in Nursing


• Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RN)


• Must have at least (4) years of relevant work experience


• Sufficient post registration nursing experience in dialysis or specialty to be confident and competent in using the required skills to do the job
