  • The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals according to menu specifications or recipes.

  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques.



Responsibilities




  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.

  • Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work area.

  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs.

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.



Requirements




  • Excellent knowledge and experience for local food preparations ranging from soups to local fingered food

  • Proven experience as a Cook with certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, frying, boiling, etc.).

  • Understanding of food safety regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
