Job Summary: 



We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our client, who is a medical diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. This role involves scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.



Industry: Healthcare, Medical Diagnostic Center

Salary: 100,000 Naira Net (Monthly)



Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday)



Key Responsibilities:




  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

  • Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures.

  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues effectively.

  • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met.

  • Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and practices is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
