We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our client, who is a medical diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. This role involves scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Salary: 100,000 Naira Net (Monthly)
Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
