JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Explores external business opportunities by contacting potentialpartners and clients.
- Identify business issues. Gather and analyse data; propose data drivensolutions.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors andtheir accomplishments.
- Assessment of potential business deals by analyzing market strategies,deal requirements, potential, and financials.
- Proposal development and presentation.
- Assessment of internal factors with potential to produce value anddetermines leveraging grounds for the company.
- Investigation and rigorous assessment of profitable Investments, that are in view of firm’s diversification interests.
- Maintain and improve the firm’s relationship with potential partners in the aviation industry and beyond. Stakeholder management.
- Participate and engage in firm’s consultancy activities and perform evaluation on each consultancy related activity.
- Generating reports on business development activities as required
Business Analyst Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop revenue generating proposals to organizations to deliver value and fill existing gaps for clients
- Gain an understanding of Aglow Aviation’s vision and business processes relevant to various project goals
- Develop periodic documents and presentations which evaluates Nigeria’s aviation sector
- Document processes and solutions to help refine and proffer solutions to aviation sector challenges: documentation will involve diagrams illustrating model(s)
- Develop innovative and competitive ideas that will challenge the status quo by creating initiatives that enhance established policy, procedures, and protocol.
Educational Qualifications
- HND or bachelor’s degree.
- Preference for industry-based certificates or training.
Work Experience
- Preference for work experience in the aviation sector
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) and knowledge of alternate analytical applications
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Solid time management skills.
- Solid numerical skills
- Strong Research and business writing skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
