JOB DESCRIPTION
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide meet & greet protocol services to inbound and outbound clients at the local and international airports.
- Process Visa’s on arrival to clients as requested and other immigration and expatriate services as required.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction within target markets and segments.
- Track, update and manage the database on client requests for meet and greet protocol services, Visa and immigration services and other services as required.
- Prepare client invoices, liaise with clients and accountants to reconcile account receivables.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs based on Client's service capabilities.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients virtually and in person.
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers and internal stake holders.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Create targeted monthly revenue targets based on customer opportunity pipeline.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Educational Qualifications
- HND or bachelor’s degree.
- Preference for industry-based certificates or training.
Work Experience
- Preference for work experience in the aviation sector
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) and knowledge of alternate analytical applications
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Solid time management skills.
- Solid numerical skills
- Strong Research and business writing skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
